About your visit
We work very hard to accommodate a large number of patients with appointments. We ask all patients to arrive 5 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment. Established patients, if you have updates to insurance or contact information, please arrive 10 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment. If you arrive very early for your appointment, we will try to see you sooner, if possible.
When you do not show up for a scheduled appointment, arrive more than 10 minutes late for an appointment (the appointment may need to be rescheduled), or cancel an appointment with less than 24 hours in advance you are taking an appointment slot that could have been used for another patient. You may be responsible for a schedule disruption fee. Missed appointments exclude serious emergencies or sudden illness. Note: Please see the admin staff for current charges.
