About your visit
We work very hard to accommodate a large number of patients with appointments. New patients please arrive 30 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment to allow adequate time for you to complete any required forms. Established patients please arrive 10 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment to allow updates to insurance or contact information. If you arrive very early for your appointment, we will try to see you sooner, if possible.
When you do not show up for a scheduled appointment, arrive more than 15 minutes late for an appointment (the appointment may need to be rescheduled), or cancel an appointment with less than 24 hours in advance you are taking an appointment slot that could have been used for another patient. You may be responsible for a missed appointment fee. Missed appointments exclude serious emergencies or sudden illness. Note: Please see the admin staff for current charges.
